The property sits only 15 metres from a pebble beach and is surrounded by stone-walled courtyards, with views over a stunning mountainous scenery and the sparkling Adriatic Sea. Built on 4 levels the villa covers a surface of over 300 m2, with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, wellness zone, and accommodates 11 guests.
