"Whether you have dreamt of chasing the Northern Lights across soulful volcanic landscapes, or of driving over centuries old glaciers on a jeep safari before catching a moment next to one of Icelands legendary waterfalls or steaming geysers, this land of ice and fire will leave you with the memories of a lifetime.”
Eidur Lodge is located in the South of Iceland (5 km from Hella village, close to Hotel Ranga) – and has great access to all the nature spots in the South. It consists of two houses – a main house and a small dependence (usually used for the guide or chef if you decide to reserve either or both, seldom for guest usage). The property is uniquely Icelandic and offers an atmospheric stay. There are two bedrooms in the main house (both can be set as twin/double), one bathroom, an open kitchen and big open living room with fireplace.
There is a jacuzzi outside overlooking mount Hekla. Located in the south of Iceland, this is a chance to get close to nature in a unique environment: enjoy buggy safaris, snowmobiling, river rafting, diving, snorkelling and visit sites like Seljalandsfoss, Skogarfoss (famous waterfalls), Dyrholaey (breathtaking views and nature) or Reynisfjara (for its black sand beach). For an extra-terrestrial topography of the landscape, a private helicopter tour is hard to beat. This is a holiday opportunity out of the ordinary.
