The accommodation for 10 guests is arranged over 3 independent (yet connected) apartments allowing different family groups to share a holiday with the convenience of independence and privacy but enjoying large and comfortable common areas, which will give unforgettable moments.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 10 beds in 5 bedrooms:
On the ground floor is double bed in the studio apartment and a spacious double bedroom in the second apartment with lake and garden view.
In the first floor apartment there are 3 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, two with a beautiful lake view and A/C, one bedroom with a garden view.
There are 5 bathrooms with hair dryers. Each bathroom is privately dedicated to a bedroom, 4 bathrooms have a shower and one with a whirlpool tub.

Living areas:
Kitchen: There are 4 modern kitchens, one in each apartment, fully equipped with major and minor appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, hob, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. tools.
Summer kitchen outdoors, large gas BBQ.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Each apartment has a dining table and in the garden under the porch there is a large table, ideal for sharing good Italian food.
