The estate comprises well kept vineyards, olive groves and is surrounded by woodland ideal for relaxing walks. There is also the possibility to visit the estate centre and its cellars to taste and purchase various brands of the estates fine wines and extra-virgin olive oil.

The property itself is of a high standard and enjoys a sunset facing swimming pool, a gazebo for shade and relaxation and a sun deck, all with panoramic views extending to the Appennines on a clear day. The surrounding gardens are a delightful combination of Mediterranean aromatic essences and mature olive trees.

From the villa there are various day trips which include Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca or San Gimignano all approximately an hour's drive. The pretty village of Greve in Chianti is enticingly just a five-minute drive for restaurants, grocers, wine bars and delicatessen, as well as a charming Saturday market.

Grounds:
Well maintained garden, good views. Stone steps down to 12m x 6m pool (care with children. Approx 50m from the villa and not visible from there), portable gas barbecue by the pool. Bread/pizza oven, built-in charcoal/wood barbecue close to house with outdoor dining.

Please note that a country road passes nearby this Chianti villa. However, the traffic on that road is restricted and no trucks or large buses are allowed to use it.
