With ancient origins, this villa was once a cloister on the Via Francigena; today it is an elegant and well appointed holiday villa in a peaceful countryside setting. There are nine air conditioned bedrooms, a dining room with working fireplace, library and reading room plus a games room with billiard table. The grounds are expansive and include a loggia for al fresco dining, gazebo, outdoor shower and changing facilities and a large private swimming pool.

Montaione is ten minutes drive away (shops, restaurants). All within comfortable driving distance are historical Tuscan gems such as San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Volterra and Florence.

What you should know: some parts of the grounds have terracing, care with young children. The caretaker is resident in an apartment with separate access/facilities to the rear of the property – client privacy is respected at all times. Reduced prices are available for smaller groups on request.
