Either use the villa search functions on the website, create a shortlist to send us or if you find your ideal villa, complete the enquiry form at the bottom right of the page. We will contact the villa owner to confirm availability and come back to you so you can proceed and book.
Alternatively use the 'contact us' form or just email info@360privatevillas.com : send details of your enquiry (dates, preferred location, budget, party size and any particular requests) and we will do the rest. We have access to many more villas than listed online and will send all the information you need to find your perfect villa.

When you have found the villa you want: the deposit amount will be advised to you (this will need to be paid to confirm the booking). The balance (usually due around 12 weeks prior to arrival at the actual villa) will be requested later on. You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer. 

In a nutshell, no. 

When you book, we will quote you a price (as shown online unless its P.O.A). This price will not change. Some other companies pass on exchange rate surcharges to their customers, we do not.

When you book, you will be advised of a security deposit amount, usually paid with your final balance or in some cases, passed across locally to the owner of the villa or their staff when you arrive at the property. This is to protect the owner of the property for any accidental breakages or damage. We only work with reputable suppliers and this practice is standard in villa rentals.

We go above and beyond to ensure customers bookings are protected. We have an ATOL first and foremost. More information is available on the Civil Aviation Authority website caa.co.uk explaining in detail what this means.
Booking by credit card will ensure you have some added protection from your card provider.
Lastly : every booking benefits from end supplier insurance as standard, as provided by G&B Travel Insurance. In short, if the provider of your chosen villa becomes financially unviable, you have the security of knowing you will be offered an alternative villa. Not every company who claims to have financial protection offers this, so always check!

A villa concierge service is nothing new and most companies claim such a thing, however 360 Private Villas is a sister company of 360 Private Travel: Welcome to the world of the professional concierge! 360 Private Travel are the premiership of professional concierge services and have a private members club, something you can be part of too - not just for villas.

 In short, any kind of extra service can usually be arranged with ease (if you want to put your feet up on holiday and have a housekeeper for the week, we can arrange it, or you are holidaying for a special celebration, we will find that elusive top chef for example), however look to us for flights, hotels, airport lounges, transfers...we will get them and usually get you a free upgrade, the best seats and more, through our network.

We have access to several hundred villas at any one time across multiple destinations. The website only shows a selection of what could be possible and more villas are added constantly to ensure the type of property we can offer is apparent.The easy answer, if you have an inkling for a particular type of property (a hidden villa in a far flung corner that no one else seems to know about) then send your request to us, we will source that villa and offer you the tailor made service you deserve.

The internet is a murky world of misleading advertisements, falsehoods and outright scams. What looks like a convincing holiday villa on an owners portal may not even exist, it probably isn't like it in real life and you certainly won't have any redress if something goes wrong. 
We try to remove those doubts from the process, working only with the best suppliers and villa owners in the industry. We visit as many villas as we can and take exceptional steps to ensure your booking isn't risked as mentioned in f.a.q. 4 above.
We also only offer modern villas. The origin of the company was to satisfy a need for this type of villa, to offer only consistent high end, contemporary villas. Say goodbye to dusty antiques, creaking floorboards and cobwebs (unless you like that sort of thing) and hasten in the new world with shiny, polished furnishings and appliances. We want villas with the latest kitchens, Blu Ray, Bose, I-Pod technology, cinema rooms, plasma televisions and large open minimalist spaces; we hope you do too!

Holiday villas normally have changeover days - meaning during the season, guests arrive and depart on the same day of the week. This varies from property to property and usually only applies in high season. Always ask if you need to arrive on another day and we will do our best to make it happen!
For villas shown as P.O.A. you have far greater flexibility - these types of villas are not rented in the same way - and the whole thing can be more bespoke. Usually you can arrive and depart on any day and have whatever facilities and services you want. Our VIP set up is ready to handle the most demanding requests you can think of!
