Villa Arta

Dating back to the 16th century, villa Arta has been recently renovated by the owners, who wanted to preserve the authentic atmosphere, while adding a stylish twist from their travels around the world. Perfectly located on top of a hill, villa Arta enjoys a panoramic view and is only 6 km away from the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni. Its secluded position confers great privacy and gives guests a place to relax and unwind away from the bustling cities and noise.

The outside area has been carefully thought out, so as to ensure that guests can make the most of the villa’s beautiful surroundings. Dinner is best enjoyed outside, under the shaded area equipped with beautiful furniture and a barbecue area. Guests may also choose to spend the day relaxing by the swimming pool on the sun loungers. The pool is heated with solar panels and adjacent to it there is a shower and a changing room. The surrounding garden features seating areas with parasols for sunnier days.

On the ground floor, there is the living area with comfy sofas and fireplace, dining area, which can seat up to 12 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large selection of books for guests who wish to while the hours away reading. From this area, guests have access to the garden and the outside seating areas. Next to the common area, there is a well-decorated en-suite bedroom with a shower.
The main sleeping area is situated on the first floor, featuring 3 en-suite bedrooms, each of them with an unique design. Two of the bedrooms also have a private living area. One of them has a small library and sofa and the other one offers access to the terrace where guests can enjoy amazing views over the surrounding hills.
